Golfers – Here’s What to Expect Next Saturday, August 8th
We’re thrilled to welcome 236 golfers!
Please review the following important details to help ensure a smooth and fun-filled event:
Registration Opens at 10:30 AM
Please DO NOT attempt to register early—our volunteers need time to set up.
To keep things moving, there will be two registration lines.
Lunch – Served Around 11:00 AM
Enjoy a delicious lunch before heading out on the course!
Basket Raffle, Additional Raffles & Live Auction Preview
- Open to golfers starting at 10:30AM
- Open to the public starting at 12 PM
- Baskets will be drawn while we are on the course,
please be sure to get your tickets in before we tee off.

(You do not need to be present to win these)
50/50 Drawing (You MUST be present to win the 50/50)

We’ll have 5 drink stations throughout the course offering:
Beer, specialty cocktails, shots, soda, water & snacks
Pizza will be available all day to keep you going!
Pace of Play Reminder
To keep the tournament moving smoothly:
If your group reaches bogey (1 over par) on a hole, pick up, mark the bogey, and move on.

Long Drive and Hole-In-One contests for both men and women
Big Hole-In-One Prize on Hole #2 (North Course)
Didn’t play that hole? No problem—stop by after your round to take a shot at the prize!
After Your Round:
Turn in your scorecard to the pro shop, return your golf cart then head to the
clubhouse for dinner, awards, and the live auction!
